As every day we use to report on ground at 9.30am , today coach
Jackson worked with us je started with warm up exercise , than we
started throwing and catching slowly increaseing the distance. After
catching we had done feilding pratice with coach tim & Martyn . Than
we were asked to work on mound and pitched in the end Coach jackson
and we worked with medicine ball,rocker drill . there was no home work
today as we were tired.
