Today i went to ground at 9.30am coach Jackson came at time he made me
warm up exercise and behind drill after this he made me feilding and
catching pratice . he made me physical conditioning after this i did
running for 2o min . Thus the pratice had finihed.
There is apain in my groin at time of towel drill in home work at 9.30pm.
