Today i went to ground at 9.30 and started catching and throwing pratice
Coach Tom came at 10 am he told me for the rest and watch the
pratice.after this he tell me three exercise side walk ,carry leg front
and back at 11.00am i returned to the hotel .I was very sad today so i did
not go for the lunch i rest at the hotel .so the day had gone badly.
