After yesterday’s huge celebrations Rinku fell sick. Poor guy is down with flu since this morning. JB sir has given him some medications. He came along with us to the grounds at 12, but couldn’t go ahead with much practice. He just did a little bit of catching.

I am realizing that soreness is different than pain. All pitchers have soreness as the stress is huge. Pain comes with injury and that’s when you can’t pitch.

JB sir is getting barbeque ready for dinner, and I’ve got to go lend him a hand. Rinku’s opted to skip and take rest.
